By reading the terms and conditions below you will be aware of the guidelines of the offer. Ordering a skip from Cut Price Skips will assume your acceptance of these terms and conditions regarding this offer.

• Cut Price Skips does not operate on Sundays or public holidays, when referring to ‘weekdays’ in this Ts & Cs document, weekdays are standard non-public holiday weekdays. Cut Price Skips will not be operating on Saturday, December 31st 2022, this guarantee will not apply to that day.
• When referring to this Ts & Cs document the ‘delivery time’ of a skip will be deemed as the time a Cut Price Skips delivery vehicle arrives at the delivery address as documented by Cut Price Skips Teletrac Navman vehicle tracking system.
• This guarantee and the potential resulting free delivery only applies to the initial delivery price of your skip. Any standard extra charges that are incurred as a result of overfilled skips, overweight skips, travel charges or extension fees will be charged as normal and will be due to be payable to Cut Price Skips.
• This guarantee applies to deliveries in all suburbs of Canberra and Queanbeyan only.
• This guarantee does not apply to deliveries requested to be done in the afternoon.
• This guarantee does not apply to deliveries outside of the Canberra and Queanbeyan suburb areas. While every effort will be made to have all pre ordered skips delivered before 12pm midday each day or same day deliveries made on the day, unfortunately, long distance orders and lengthy travel times preclude these deliveries from being covered by this guarantee.
• This guarantee does not apply to 'swap over' or 'replacement' deliveries.
• Orders placed and confirmed by Cut Price Skips either online via the Cut Price Skips website or over the phone through the Cut Price Skips office on any weekday before 4pm to be delivered to a suburb of Canberra or Queanbeyan for the following day or any day into the future is eligible for this offer. Cut Price Skips guarantees that the delivery will take place before 12pm midday on the scheduled delivery day. If the delivery takes place after 12pm midday the delivery will be free, any pre payments will be refunded.
• Orders placed and confirmed by Cut Price Skips either online via the Cut Price Skips website or over the phone through the Cut Price Skips office on any weekday before 11am which are to be delivered to a suburb of Canberra or Queanbeyan on that same day are eligible for this offer and guaranteed that the delivery will take place on that same day. If the delivery does not take place on that same day, the delivery will take place the following day and will be free, any pre payments will be refunded.
• Cut Price Skips reserve the right to deliver substitute bin/bins if the requested skip is not available at the time of delivery. Any substitutions will at a minimum be the same meterage capacity as the original order.
